PRIVACY POLICY - PRISM RELICS
About this policy
Prism Relics is an offline puzzle game provided by ONYX GC, United States (USA). This policy covers the Android app, its local game data, its included assets, and support communications sent to admin@onyxgc.online. Effective date: October 3, 2026.
1. Information collected by the app
The game does not require an account. This build does not automatically collect or transmit your name, email address, precise location, advertising identifier, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, camera data, or login credentials. It has no Internet permission and no in-app data-upload service.
2. Local game data
The game stores the following in private Android preferences on your device: unlocked level, current level, in-game coin balance, remaining lives, Hint count, Undo count, Shuffle count, Clear Row count, sound preference, and haptic preference. These values support gameplay and preserve progress and settings between sessions. ONYX GC does not receive this local game data through the app. The current board and other temporary move state may remain only in memory and are not guaranteed to survive closing the game.
3. Support emails you choose to send
Contact Us and the email link open your own email application. The game does not send an email automatically. If you send a message to admin@onyxgc.online, ONYX GC receives the sender address, any name shown by your email service, the message, and any attachments or details you choose to include. This information is used to respond to the request and resolve the issue. Your email provider and the receiving email service handle messages under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not send passwords, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Copy Email writes only the public support address to the clipboard after you tap that button; the app does not read your clipboard.
4. Advertising, analytics, payments, and sharing
This build contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, login service, cloud database, online multiplayer service, or in-app payment integration. The in-game coins are local game values, not real-money payments. No game-data sale or advertising-data sharing is performed by this build. Support messages are handled through email services to communicate with you and may be disclosed when required by law.
5. Permissions and device features
The only explicitly requested app permission is VIBRATE, used for optional gameplay haptic feedback. Haptics can be disabled in Settings. This build does not request Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, notification, or shared-storage access. Sound effects play from audio files packaged with the game.
6. Included game assets
The app includes its icon, prism and relic visuals, interface resources, text, and sound effects. These bundled resources are used to display and play the game locally; they do not independently collect personal information or load remote tracking content. Store icons, promotional feature graphics, and screenshots describe the game but do not create an in-app data-collection service. This section describes privacy behavior and does not change any underlying intellectual-property rights.
7. Retention, reset, and deletion
Local progress remains on the device until it is reset or removed. Settings > Reset Progress restores unlocked levels, current level, coins, lives, and booster counts to their starting values; sound and haptic preferences are retained. Android app-storage controls can clear all saved app data. Uninstalling normally removes the private app data. This build disables Android cloud backup and excludes app data from its configured backup and device-transfer rules; manufacturer or operating-system behavior can vary.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. To request deletion of a support email, contact admin@onyxgc.online from the address used for the original conversation. ONYX GC cannot remotely reset device-only progress through this app.
8. Children’s privacy
The game does not request an account or personal information from children. Parents and guardians should contact support on behalf of a child and avoid including unnecessary personal details. If a support message contains a child’s personal information that should be deleted, contact admin@onyxgc.online.
9. Security
Local preferences use Android application-private storage. No method of storage or email communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device protected and avoid sending sensitive information in support messages.
10. Changes to this policy
ONYX GC may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The updated policy and effective date will be included with the app and any published policy page. New data-collecting services must be reflected in the policy before they are introduced.
